We print all of our personalised cards onto premium 350gsm quality card stock and whizz them off to you within 24 hours of ordering! During checkout, you can choose to have this Pokemon Personalised Birthday Card sent to you to sign or have it sent directly to the recipient. 1st class postage is free within the UK!
This Pokemon Personalised Birthday Card is approximately A5 size and comes with a white diamond flap envelope. We send all items in board back protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in top condition.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 Hours, Monday-Friday. All items are sent 1st class royal mail with free delivery within the UK.

We do ship internationally, but there will be an additional shipping cost applied at checkout

Returns Policy

You may return all non personalised unopened, undamaged resalable items to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. Personalised or customized products cannot be returned unless an error has been made on our part. You will be responsible for all return costs unless the item has been received damaged or an error has been made on our part. In this instance please contact us and we will advise how to proceed.

Personalised Items

If your chosen product can be personalised, you will see simple text boxes for you to enter information. Entering your personalisation info here will not affect the display image or show you a preview because all of your personalisation is read and processed by our back office team of designers to help prevent any errors. You can enter the text exactly as you would like it to read, word for word, or if you like the wording in our example you could simply enter the changes of name etc. If you leave any of the boxes blank, we simply won't personalise that area of your card or item and it will arrive blank. Please double check your spellings etc before proceeding.
